For many years, Karen has had an interest in women’s health especially those with Perimenopause and Menopausal issues. She is a great believer that Reflexology and lifestyle can really assist women to feel more balanced & nurtured during these times. She has previously studied Maternity Reflexology and has helped many women with fertility & pregnancy issues.  She has also worked with Reflexology & Pain using ice as a technique (not for the fainthearted) but has had amazing results.

Feel Good Therapies offers 1 day Indian Head Massage workshops 5 times a year.  In the coming months Karen will be offering the hormonal journey workshop which will encompass the head, face, hands & feet. 

Karen is a Professional Membership of the Reflexology Association of Australia and , and has held the postionsof Director, Secretary. She was also actively involved in the WA National Conference held in Perth in October 2016.

Karen is a joint director & trainer with Perth School of Reflexology which offers an Introductory 1 day Reflexology workshop & the Professional Certificate of Clinical Reflexology course.
