I believe reflexology is a safe, natural therapy that helps give your body what it needs. Reflexology is all about bringing balance and a sense of well-being to the body. I have worked with clients to help treat conditions such as:
stress;
digestion and IBS;
the side effects from chemotherapy such as fatigue and nausea;
muscular pain including neck, back and shoulders;
pregnant mums suffering heart burn and swollen feet; and
to help people to a place of general wellbeing.
