Studied reflexology and meridian therapy with Inge Dougans in South Africa International School of Reflexology and Meridian Therapy. Various Post Graduate studies undertaken over the years.
I cover all aspects of reflexology and incorporate a combination of techniques including Meridian Therapy and Chi Reflexology in my practice.
I have been practicing reflexology for 27 years - primarily from a home clinic - using a combination of Meridian Therapy and Chi Reflexolgy done as a post graduate course. I do offer a home-visit service in certain circumstances.I have extensive experience in aged care - having worked in an aged care facility for over 7 years. I was part of a volunteer program at Bear Cottage Manly NSW for eleven and a half years before moving to the eastern suburbs in late 2020. Bear Cottage is a respite facility for children with life-limiting illnesses. The program offers reflexology to the parents, staff and other volunteers at Bear Cottage. Towards the end of 2013, permission was given to offer reflexology to the children at Bear Cottage.
